Developing leadership, research and education skills - a webinar

The CSP North East Regional Network is delighted to share access to their most recent webinar for CSP members. 

With a focus on developing leadership, research and education skills across the breadth of the physiotherapy profession the webinar explored and celebrated the diversity of the North East workforce and aimed to help all physiotherapy staff and student reach their individual and collective potential.  

 

The programme included an overview of the four pillars of practice - clinical, education, leadership and research and their importance to the physiotherapy profession.  

Presentations focused on three of the four pillars of practice (research, leadership and education) and highlighted routes into these for all participants to consider at all levels and in all settings. Student placement examples also featured with Teesside University students providing feedback on their recent experiences.
