If you need advice or support with a professional practice issue, contact our enquiries team.

The Professional Advice Service (PAS) exists for all CSP members and offers bespoke advice on professional issues such as scope, record keeping, consent, medicines and prescribing and general PLI guidance.

During the pandemic we saw a huge increase of queries to this service from practitioners working in the independent sector, and over 1000 members joined our independent practice webinars. Many of these queries were around PPE, virtual consultations and the ability to see patients face-to-face, and were answered by the service. Other queries were more challenging, such as those about legal and financial issues and business interruption insurance (BUI).
