Delegates will hear from Dr Beth Clark about the fundamentals of personalised care inspired by her work with the Wessex Academy for Skills in Personalised Care (WASP) touching on some of the key elements including joint goal setting and patient activation.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about how they can further develop their learning in this area.
In addition the South West Regional Network will do a short Annual General Meeting inviting any members who want to be part of the core team to join for 2025 (you can express your interest in this opportunity when you register for the event).
