This webinar aimed to provide real-life examples of different leadership career paths, with speakers from a variation of services and career paths, illustrating how physiotherapy leadership is both possible and essential, meanwhile highlighting the importance of wellbeing in leadership. The speakers include:  

  • Claire Madsen, Director of Therapies and Health Science, Powys Teaching Health Board, presenting 'The journey to leading at Health Board Executive level'  
  • Louise Leach, AHP Strategic Programme Manager, presenting 'Transitioning from Operational to Strategic Programme Management'  
  • Ruth Studley, Director of Population Transformation & SRO for Future of Population & Migration Statistics at the Office for National Statistics (Swyddfa Ystadegau Gwladol) presenting her 'Unorthodox route to leadership'  
  • Ashley James, CSP Director of Practice and Development, .  
  • Chris Richards, Hywel Dda UHB Support Worker and Chair of the CSP Associate Network, presenting 'Leadership at every level'.  
  • Jon Bockelmann-Evans (AKA 'the Wellbeing Guy') will address 'the importance of wellbeing throughout the leadership journey’
