The North West Cumbria Branch is hosting an evening event on Thursday 21 November at 7-8pm.
Location: The Board Room, Penrith Community Hospital, CA11 8AX
The in-person event at Penrith Hospital will be led by local physiotherapist, Jonny Heath, who will talk about his recent experiences giving on-hand and hands-on care to athletes during record-breaking endurance expeditions.
Jonny combines his physiotherapy and exposition leader knowledge to provide a unique support service.
He supported Imo Boddy earlier this year when she was completing her inspiring three-peaks record run and was the lead support runner and physio for Spencer Matthews during his record-breaking 30 marathons in 30 days.
Refreshments available from 6.30pm.
