To mark the month of November, CSP members who live, work or study in London were invited to join forces with Movember to go below the belt on men’s health focusing on how we can positively influence this.

The free learning and networking opportunity spanned different areas of physiotherapy practice and focused on principles of learning that will apply professionally and personally.

The agenda included the following presentations

  • Men’s Health Report led by Amy O’Connor, Movember Global Lead, Policy & Advocacy
  • Testicular cancer (focus on young men’s health literacy) led by Dr Karen Robb, Director Programme Implementation Cancer, MCSP
  • Prostate cancer led by Dr Karen Robb, Director Programme Implementation Cancer, MCSP
  • Pelvic health physiotherapy led by George Brassil, Women and Men’s Health Physiotherapist, MCSP.
