Let's talk about digital and informatics

Euan McComiskie, CSP's health informatics lead, urges members to maintain the momentum of sharing insights and experiences, which was started by discussions at the recent CSP Annual Conference during a talk with the Physiotherapy Health Informatics Strategy (PHIS) team about the PHIS community network.

PHIS: practising physiotherapy in a digital age

After an incredible weekend of insightful discussions at the CSP Annual Conference, it's clear that the conversations we started on data, digital and informatics have only just begun.

Let's keep the momentum going by staying connected and sharing ideas!

On Saturday, the second day of the conference, the CSP Physiotherapy Health Informatics Strategy (PHIS) team led a discussion with members about their challenges with using data, digital and informatics in their practice.

We also discussed some solutions that they had implemented and what they might want from a group of like-minded members who want to explore the use of technology and better data in practice.

During the session, the CSP PHIS team learnt about some great examples of informatics-enabled innovation, and we would love to now explore how we may be able to share that with other members

So, what’s next?

If you attended our discussion last Saturday and would like to carry on the conversation with the PHIS team (and others), about how sharing your story with other members could help, then please do reach out to us at PHIS@csp.org.uk

If you weren’t at the conference but like the sound of joining in on this conversation, then please also reach out to the team by emailing: PHIS@csp.org.uk

We can’t wait to hear from you!
